It is very difficult to achieve success on a high level when we are unfocused and uncentered.

Living a life of mindfulness is vital for success… And that includes meditation.

I’ve put together this series to talk about the foundations of meditation and mindfulness and also provided some guided meditations to help you get started on your journey.

The pandemic proved to us that nothing is impossible. Anything could happen in a snap, and everything could stop. This idea also taught us to panic and worry about the future and regret the past.

Do you find yourself too busy? Mindfulness may seem like a simple topic. But if we talk about it deeper, we may get overwhelmed by how far it can take us. To successfully achieve a mindful life, this is an excellent opportunity to understand its foundations.

They say life is not about what happens to you but how you react to it. Do you agree with it? As we move forward in discussing mindfulness, in this episode, we dig deeper into the details of mindfulness by enumerating its attitudinal foundations.

Our minds will only stop processing thoughts once we die. So, while we’re still alive, we have nothing else to do but to deal with it. When your mind is so busy processing a lot of things, what do you do with them? Could you even sleep with all those thoughts?

What’s stressing you lately? Stress is a part of life. However, stress can either be good or bad. Good stress puts a considerable amount of pressure on us and helps us figure out things we couldn’t if we were not stressed.

Psychotherapy or meditation, which do you think is more effective? When talking about treatments and counseling, we cannot invalidate one and say that the other is more worth practicing because each has its benefits.

You can think like Buddha without sitting like Buddha. When people hear the word meditation and mindfulness, they find it intimidating thinking that they have to be sitting at the top of a mountain while sitting in a lotus position.

I have not seen anyone who is not mesmerized by the mountain. In this episode, we applied the meditation we have been talking about. Stay with me as I guide you in this extraordinary meditation you haven’t tried before.

Have you ever had a panic attack? It is an uncomfortable feeling that surfaces out of nowhere, even if you have nothing to do or no one to meet. In this episode, you will be guided on relieving your panic attack.

Do you have body pain you’ve been complaining about? Our lives have become so busy that we no longer notice the tensions in our bodies. When we are in a panic or stressed, pressure builds up in several parts of our body.

When was the last time you went to the beach? There is nothing more healing than the beach, its white, fine sand, its calm waves, the endless horizon where the sky meets the sea, the sweet little things living in it.

It has been another productive time as we finish this section about meditation and mindfulness. Before letting you go, we’d like to give you a brief recap of our past discussions by enumerating these few key points.
