I’ve been where you are
I know firsthand the pressures that come with building and leading a business. For decades I felt overwhelmed, lost and out of balance.
That changed when I decided to change. We tend to get comfortable after achieving a certain level of success, but many times that comfort isn’t so comfortable. Sometimes, our relationships get challenging or our health takes a hit. Or sometimes, we just feel unhappy or unfulfilled and realize that the money isn’t the endgame.
Then we look for answers in different places. For me it was alcohol, but everybody is different. What I realized after a while is that the only way to take our lives to the next level is to go deep on ourselves.
